2 Words: Trend | Bubbles
What is a trend? There are different opinions.
In our view, a trend involves changes that are measurable and have a long-term nature.
These changes are independent of coincidences and seasonality.
This in contrast to a hype or a fad, which have a short-term nature.
You can see it as a kind of wave motion.
There are big waves and small waves and emerging trends and decreasing trends.
Bubbles comes from the word ‘bubbles' (air bubbles, bubbles, water bubbles, etc.).
There is also a verb ‘to bubble': sparkle, welling, tingling, effervescence
The words are a good combination for what Trendbubbles wants to convey.
We write about trends which interface with the Netherlands, or that are interesting for the Netherlands.
We want to do that in the refreshing and sparkling way where we feel comfortable with.
