How your Privacy is treated
We understand the importance you attach to privacy, and on this page you can read how we, Trendbubbles, use the personal information that is collected.
Providing your personal data is not compulsory
The principle is that the provision of personal information is not compulsory. You have the choice whether you want to enter your personal information or not.
To take advantage of some of our services (such as our free newsletters) entering personal data is necessary.
Why we ask you to fill in your name
It's simple. We think it is polite to mention you by your first name in our newsletters. Therefore we ask for your first name. ‘Dear reader' is so boring and aloof, that's why.
What about spam and privacy?
Of course you do not receive spam. That is clear. We are careful with your address and will never hand it over to third parties without asking your permission. We want you to keep faith in us, and will not damage that with dubious practices. The relationship we have with you is far too important for us.
Can you opt out?
Sure you can. No problem. If you do not want to receive email from us any more, than you can simply unsubscribe. Open an email from Trendbubbles. Look at the bottom of that mail and search for “unsubscribe from this newsletter or in Dutch ‘afmelden voor deze nieuwsbrief’. Click on this link,to unsubscribe directly.
Like other websites, our website uses standard technology called “cookies” and web server logs to collect information about the use of our website. Cookies are not scary.
Every time the user loads the website, the browser sends the cookie back to the server to notify the website of the user's previous activity. They are small data files that are stored by your web browser. This information is anonymous. You can disable cookies on your computer by turning it off in the preferences or options menus in your browser.
